Enchanted Peacock Masquerade

So I was came up with this look for Pixiwoo. Their from http://www.fashionface.tv/ and they're awesome beautiful ladies with sexy accents. haha.. I've been wanting to do a Masquerade look for a while. After watching the contest video, it motivated me to challenge myself. So here is the look I came up with. At the same time I thought I mine as well make it into a tutorial. Why not make use of the time right? It really took me a while. Hope you like.
